- Poor posture
- Limited mobility in the neck and shoulders
Product Details
Targeted prolonged pressure to the upper trapezius, pec minor, and suboccipital muscles is the first step in aligning your upper body and improving posture. The Range releases tension in these critical areas to increase circulation and effectively decrease pain and muscle tightness, resolve tension headaches, promote relaxation, and reduce stress.
How to Use the Range
1. Releasing the Suboccipitals (Base of the Skull)
- Place the Range under the base of your skull, aligning the tips with the suboccipital muscles.
- Gently lower your head onto the Range, allowing the tips to apply pressure to the muscles.
- Hold for 60–90 seconds, breathing deeply and relaxing into the pressure.
2. Releasing the Pectoralis Minor (Chest Area)
- Position the Range under your chest, targeting the pectoralis minor muscle.
- Apply gentle pressure by leaning into the Range, allowing it to press into the muscle.
- Hold for 60–90 seconds, breathing deeply and relaxing into the pressure.
3. Releasing the Upper Trapezius (Shoulder Area)
- Place the Range under your shoulder, targeting the upper trapezius muscle.
- Gently lower your shoulder onto the Range, allowing the tips to apply pressure to the muscle.
- Hold for 60–90 seconds, breathing deeply and relaxing into the pressure.
4. Using the Range as a Warm-Up
- Before engaging in physical activity, use the Range to warm up the neck, chest, and shoulder regions.
- Spend 1–2 minutes on each area to increase blood flow and prepare muscles for movement.
Safety & Usage Tips
- Always listen to your body. If you experience sharp or intense pain, discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional.
- Avoid placing the Range directly on bones or joints.
- Use the Range on a firm surface for better control and effectiveness.
- Incorporate deep breathing to enhance muscle relaxation during use.
